The 48-Hour Guarantee

We want you to use tools that fit your hands. If something you purchased from this studio is not right for your work, you will not have to fight for your money back.

48-Hour window: Test the software on your Mac or Linux desktop. If it does not suit your workflow, email us within two days.
Direct to your card: Refunds go directly back to your payment card through Stripe. No store credits, vouchers, or account points.
No questionnaire: You do not have to fill out an exit survey or explain your reasons. One brief note is all it takes.
Prompt processing: We initiate the refund within one business day. Your bank typically settles the balance in three to five business days.

How to ask for a refund

Write directly to hello@sixtwelve.studio from the email address you used at checkout. State the application name and include your receipt or Stripe session ID if you have it handy.

When a licence is refunded, its cryptographic signature is deactivated on the verification server, and future update downloads cease. The application build already on your hard drive is yours to delete.

Free titles

Engage, Specimen, and other community tools carry no charge, so there is no financial transaction to reverse. If you run into a bug or need help getting them running on your distribution, write to the same address and a developer will help you resolve it.
